How does pausing work? +
Give me 7 days' notice and the pause starts at the end of your current billing month. Nothing is billed while you're paused. When you're ready for the next stage, we restart on a new month.
What's the Starter Week? +
A fixed-price week on one real problem. If you go on to the membership, the £1,000 comes off your first month.
Can you work with our developers? +
Yes. I can hand over designs and specs, or build parts of the product myself in your codebase.
Who owns the work? +
You do: files, code and accounts, from day one.
How fast do you turn things around? +
Design requests usually come back within a few working days. Builds get an estimate before work starts, so you know the timing up front.
What happens at handover? +
You get the Figma files, the code repository, the documentation and a walkthrough call. If you pause or leave, nothing is held back.
Will you sign an NDA? +
Yes. Send yours over, or I'll send a standard mutual one. I'm happy to sign before we talk about the detail.
How do payment and VAT work? +
You pay monthly, in advance, before that month's work starts. Prices are in the currency shown on this page: pounds, US dollars, euros or Australian dollars. UK customers pay VAT on top at the standard rate. Customers outside the UK pay no VAT.
What if it is not right for me? +
There's a 7-day money-back guarantee, counted from your first payment. You can cancel anytime. Pausing needs 7 days' notice; cancelling doesn't.
