Sideways 6 - Microsoft Team App

I was brought in to the Sideways 6 team as the Lead Digital Designers to help create the inital MVP release of the Sideways 6 application for Microsoft Teams.

Sideways 6’s business is all about collecting enabling businesses to collect ideas from their employees about important topics to help then create a better business. Whether this be about sustainability, employee perks, how the business is run, or simply what music should be played at the Xmas party. The current platform utilised emails send out to employees in the company. This project was to bring that platform into the Microsoft Teams application.

The application would let the account managers set up campaigns and collect ideas for the said campaign. Users could then vote and comment on ideas they thought were good / bad / had thoughts on. Integrating into a platform that many businesses already used would make it far easier for employees to use and add their thoughts to campaigns. Which in turn should mean more customers for Sideways 6.
